Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our team at 2421520 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our financial operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial planning and budgeting activities, ensuring the company's financial performance is optimized and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Financial Performance Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate financial information and insights to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial planning and budgeting, financial operations management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
