Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at J Sidhu Accounting Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and statistical reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field.
  • Language: English.
