Corporate Services Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Services Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our corporate services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review corporate documents, including incorporation and organization of BC and Federal Companies
- Work with proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, and societies
- Review, summarize, and analyze corporate records and rectify deficiencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ALF system
- Respond to client and auditor inquiries in a timely manner
- Update and file virtual minute books for all companies
- Administer client files, including opening, billing, and closing
- A Paralegal Certification from an accredited postsecondary institution
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience as a corporate paralegal or a minimum of 4 years as LAA in a similar role
- Extensive experience with transactional work
- Ability to prepare complex reorganizations
- Knowledge of legal technical procedures, statutes, regulations, and governmental practices applicable to the corporate area
- Proficient with MS Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of ALF is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
