We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Domiciliary Care Services Lead. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in managing domiciliary care services and be committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes.

As our Domiciliary Care Services Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our home care services, including client intake, care planning, and coordination of services. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support, while also driving business growth and development.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in CQC management or care home management, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders. A comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards is essential, along with good business acumen and the ability to develop and grow our services.

Key responsibilities include providing strong leadership to the branch staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment; recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating branch staff members; overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home care branch; ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing home care services; monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the branch's performance and identify areas for improvement; conducting client assessments and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals; addressing any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively; developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources; participating in community events and activities to raise awareness of the branch and its services; implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services; and developing and managing the branch budget, including revenue projections, expense management, and resource allocation.
