The Staffing Exchange Inc. invites experienced 360 Full Cycle Recruiters to join our innovative Recruiter Entrepreneur Program, designed to empower entrepreneurs to build wealth in the multibillion-dollar recruitment industry.

About Us:

We provide comprehensive managed services on a shared digital technology platform, backed by Microsoft-secured support tools and contract payroll funding. Our program offers working capital, back office admin support, accounting, and mentorship coaching to equip you with the expertise needed to succeed.

Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of experience in Permanent and/or Contract staffing

• Strong industry/functional specialization

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and think strategically

• Proficiency in recruitment software and technology

• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
