Job SummaryPosition Overview

This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Long-term Care facility. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care to residents in a Long-term Care setting
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care
Requirements
  • Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
  • One year of recent experience in a Long-term Care or acute care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
