Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Laugh N' Learn ABC Guarderia. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school and educational institution.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide basic information on facilities.
- Security and Safety: Handle and report lost and found items.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking.
- Work Setting: School or educational institution/establishment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
