About the Role:

  • Represent and promote company products within the retail industry;
  • Create brand awareness and community engagement within given territory;
  • Establish rapport with key target consumers;
  • Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume;
  • Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility, and service;
  • Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them into ongoing sales;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager in planning sales activities and setting sales goals for assigned districts;
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet revenue targets and achieve market share objectives;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;
  • Build and develop relationships with managers and staff at each assigned retail location;
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support;

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record working remotely and independently with 3+ years sales experience;
  • Clear passion for and solid understanding of cannabis and cannabis-based products;
  • College Diploma or University Degree is required;
  • Strong technology skills and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is considered an asset;
  • Valid G class driver's license and must have full-time access to a vehicle;
