Your Role:
As a Banking Associate, you will be responsible for offering a comprehensive range of financial services to individuals, corporations, and government agencies across Canada, as well as specialized services to international clients.
- Provide administrative support to bankers and private bankers to ensure seamless client service
- Develop personalized relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Optimize interactions with clients to identify opportunities for multi-product offerings
- Perform various transactions on behalf of clients, including opening business and personal files
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules
- Analyze financial information and tax structures for financing applications
- Meet deadlines for multiple transactions and maintain effective communication with stakeholders

You will be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional service to our discerning clients.
As a Banking Associate, you will work closely with sector members and report to the Vice-President, Private Banking 1859.

Prerequisites:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field
- Three years of relevant experience
- Completion of the Investment Funds in Canada Course
- Experience in personal and/or commercial credit
- Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
