As a Banking Associate with National Bank, you will have the opportunity to offer wealth management services and advice to a discerning high-net-worth clientele. In this role, you will provide support to bankers or private bankers by ensuring administrative follow-up and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Optimize interactions with clients and identify opportunities to recommend a multi-product offering that meets their needs.
  • Perform various transactions on behalf of clients, including opening business and personal files.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
  • Analyze financial information and tax structures for the processing of financing applications.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the various parties involved in the files.

Requirements:

  • Completed college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course.
  • Experience in personal and/or commercial credit.
  • Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Outstanding sense of initiative and autonomy.
