Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial situations and providing guidance on investment and banking products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to offer clients a comprehensive range of financial services.
  • Analyze financial information and tax structures to process financing applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of transactions and maintain accurate records.

Your Team:

You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Banking Associate, you will work closely with sector members and report to the Director, Private Banking 1859.

Requirements:

  • Completed college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course.
  • Experience in personal and/or commercial credit.
  • Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
