About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to bankers and private bankers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement initiatives to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to enhance our services and offerings.
Requirements
  • Completed college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Three years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
