Food Service Team Lead

Lindsay Firehouse Subs is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, and establish work schedules to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
