Creekers Bistro is seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Supervisor to join our team in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence. As a key member of our restaurant management staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Select and hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Physical stamina to walk and stand for long periods
