Responsibilities- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Develop and implement menus, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
- Collaborate with the executive chef to achieve business objectives and improve kitchen efficiency
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or similar establishment
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members
- Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
