We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Systems Strategist to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst in large enterprise organizations, preferably in the Finance industry.


You will be responsible for planning and analyzing business requirements for system changes and enhancements, working cross-functionally with various end-users.


We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with stakeholders to extract requirements and turn them into use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams, and process flows.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications, and recommending controls.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Create an environment where your team pursues effective and efficient operations while ensuring day-to-day business controls meet obligations regarding risk and compliance.


Candidate Requirements/Must-Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst in large enterprise organizations.
  • 1-2+ years of experience with planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of end-users.


Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Experience with technologies such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Twilio, SAP Customer Data Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe (RT-CDP, AEP), MS Dynamics 365 Customer, and Dynamic Yield.
  • Experience working with GTM Teams (Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, etc.).
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence.


Soft Skills Required:

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and work closely with external vendors.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
  • Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale projects.
