Job Description

Suncor Energy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Planning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our SCM department, you will play a critical role in supporting planning activities and coordinating enterprise-wide projects aimed at improving Supply Chain processes and technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to demonstrate their leadership skills and work with a cross-functional team within and outside of SCM. You will have the chance to leverage your understanding of supply chain processes to make recommendations that are objective, practical, technically appropriate, and commercially feasible.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively coordinate and/or manage new projects and programs identified to support Supply Chain's continuous improvement objectives
  • Interface and work with employees and leaders at various levels, including senior leaders within SCM and cross-functionally
  • Support and/or lead key planning activities for Supply Chain Management and identify any continuous improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for all deliverables to support the projects/continuous improvement initiatives, including charter, business case, project execution plan, change management plan, and communication plan

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and considering the location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
