About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Banking Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in supply chain management, banking, and data integrity to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and triage banking modification requests daily, ensuring timely and accurate processing into SharePoint
  • Prioritize, triage, and execute requests by confirming bank details directly with suppliers via phone, leveraging strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Manage a queue of modification requests, group mailbox, and voicemail, maintaining exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Update ServiceNow with information received from suppliers, adhering to control frameworks for bank details in master data records
  • Perform data audits as required in all ERPs on a regular basis for banking updates, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Requirements
  • Intermediate-level role with 3-5 years of related experience in a similar position, requiring strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in data manipulation skills in Excel and Power BI, as well as experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a cooperative work environment
  • Experience with data sustainment and master data governance practices, fraud prevention, and awareness, strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain, or logistics, or equivalent experience in supply chain (including Accounts Payable and Procurement) in an organization of comparable size and complexity
  • Experience working in contemporary procurement and payment systems and processes; experience with any major source-to-pay software/ERP such as Ariba/SAP/Oracle Cloud/GEP/Coupa (Oracle Cloud ideal)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Randstad Canada offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan and paid time off.
