Director, Supply Chain Management
Trans Mountain is looking for a strategic leader to oversee the company's supply chain operations. As Director, Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the supply chain planning and procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to safety, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the energy or pipeline industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
