Business Analytics Specialist Summary: Lead complex supply chain projects, conduct in-depth data analysis, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency at a leading energy infrastructure company. Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on supply chain matters. • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects from planning to execution. • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of supply chain processes and systems. • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of supply chain data. • Provide technical support and training to end-users on supply chain reporting tools and systems. • Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to increase supply chain operations' productivity. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. • Create outstanding presentations communicating findings, recommendations, and solutions. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. • 6-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management and business analysis roles. • Expert knowledge of supply chain concepts, principles, methodologies, tools, and software applications. • Proficient in SAP modules related to supply chain management. • Experience with querying tools such as Power BI/Power Query and AWS. Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to handle competing priorities on a timely basis. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Relevant industry knowledge. • Strong project management skills, materials management, strategic sourcing, and savings opportunities. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences.
