**Infrastructure Sector Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Infrastructure Sector Leader to join our team at Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in a key leadership position focused on driving growth and development in the Canada Federal market.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy and Business Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute an annual business plan to support Canada Federal Government accounts and markets.
- Client and Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, develop relationships with key teaming partners, and facilitate effective communication between the Business Operating Unit and Federal Operations Program leadership.
- Leadership and Communications: Provide guidance, assist with the promotion and organization of federal events, and lead the recruitment of federal project managers and other discipline leads to build the federal capability consistent with regional resource needs.
- Delivery Coordination and Compliance: Facilitate and support transition/handoff of contracts and projects from the Federal MBD teams into the BOU delivery teams, inform on Federal Program resource planning requirements, and coordinate all BOU Federal project monthly and BOURC project reviews.
- Leadership Capability: Demonstrated leadership capability (people and business) and a commitment to Stantec's core values, cross business operating unit engagement, including the health and safety of our people, and ethics and integrity.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills including presentation, written and verbal skills to clearly convey information to a variety of audiences.
- Organizational and Strategic Skills: Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and project implementation skills.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, business, and/or related field, and minimum of 10 years of federal government experience within multi-disciplinary environments and business operating unit markets.
