Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Equation Staffing Solutions. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and other key stakeholders
  • Attend industry networking events, including golf tournaments and trade shows, to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, as well as bring in new business in your territory
  • Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with our services
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling and other sales outreach efforts
  • Coordinate with the operations team to define the scope of work for new clients and ensure seamless onboarding
  • Submit regular activity and results reports to management, providing valuable insights and feedback to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to work
  • Previous sales experience in a service-based organization, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals
