Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Eastern Region

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Eastern Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and distributors
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the lighting industry, with a focus on LED lighting sales
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
