Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team at Finning. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate collection of accounts receivable, while providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to resolve issues and improve collections
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve process gaps, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our collections processes
- 5+ years of high-volume corporate collections experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office applications and internal systems, with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as finance or accounting
