Job Title: Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Optima Senior Management Inc. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
