Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at JKP Enterprises Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Type and Proofread Correspondence: Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communication.
- Receive and Forward Enquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work on Reports: Compile data from various sources, including manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases.
- Process Mail: Sort, distribute, and file documents, both physically and electronically.
- Provide Customer Service: Offer assistance and support to clients and the public, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Perform Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems.
- Organize Office Work: Schedule tasks, manage time, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
