Job DescriptionIn this challenging and rewarding role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service team, ensuring seamless execution of our menu offerings and high-quality customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and promotions that meet the evolving tastes of our customers.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of experienced food service staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and storage of all food, beverages, and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability and control costs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower your team.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
