Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- 1 to 2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
