Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring that financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively and efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
