About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our company's finances and operations. With our transformative supply chain solutions, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our customers in a rapidly changing omni-channel world.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze financial and operational performance data to identify trends and drive strategic decision making.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Evaluate and improve financial and operational processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business development initiatives and investment decision making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues.
