Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Strategy and Insights Director to help our clients achieve their business goals by developing analytics strategies that match their unique data assets and tools. This role involves working closely with clients to identify key metrics, gather requirements, and develop best practices for metrics, data management, and visualization.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical skills to explain tool capabilities, dig into specific functions, and ensure interoperability across technical, martech, and adtech systems. They will also be able to manage direct and indirect reports in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities
  • Data strategy development: Identify appropriate metrics, data architecture, and sources to attain business objectives (25% of time)
  • Pre-sales engagements: Steer opportunities for reporting & insights projects leveraging Salesforce tools, data engineering platforms, and ETL tools (25% of time)
  • Stakeholder management: Demonstrate ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Data engineering & Business Intelligence ecosystem knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the ecosystem and its applications
  • Salesforce certifications: Several certifications required
Requirements
  • Business experience: Minimum seven years in analytics, revenue operations, consulting, and/or enterprise software experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge: Strong understanding of the Data Engineering & Business Intelligence ecosystem
  • Certifications: Several Salesforce certifications required
