Spiritual Leader for Correctional Facility

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spiritual Leader to join our team at Bridges of Canada Inc. in a correctional facility setting.
As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual guidance and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular religious services
- Administering rites of faith such as marriages and funerals
- Delivering sermons and promoting spirituality through prayer and other talks
- Participating in administrative and office activities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a unique and challenging environment. If you are a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You will also be required to undergo a criminal record check.
This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. As a result, you must be willing and able to work from our physical location. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including financial compensation according to the collective agreement.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
