Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Retail Outfitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers, while maintaining a world-class shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legendary customer service by assisting customers in making informed buying decisions and recommending products based on their needs.
  • Promote various company programs and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintain visual presentation standards, including in-store signage, merchandise recovery, and sales floor maintenance.
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in other areas of the store as needed to support business objectives.
  • Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by staying up-to-date on trends and emerging technologies related to the outdoor lifestyle.

Requirements:

  • One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate customers' needs and make recommendations based on those needs.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to use good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions.
