About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Professional will be an experienced member of the sales team with a proven track record of prospecting and closing large-scale deals, and meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets. This role requires strong prospecting, effective communication, presentation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on Assigned Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed assigned quota targets as outlined in the variable compensation plan.
  • Strategic Pipeline Growth: Responsible for growing the sales pipeline through virtual and in-person networking opportunities within industry working groups, conferences, and associations.
  • Account Management: Manage assigned accounts to lead potential prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to closing new sales.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Own 100% of the sales cycle for opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Client Support: Ensure prospects have all necessary resources and materials for purchasing decisions.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Consistently and accurately forecast sales, report, and analyze sales performance.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture client relationships throughout the sales and post-sales cycles.
  • Company Growth: Contribute to company revenue growth and development.
  • Internal Partnerships: Partner with various internal departments to communicate, develop, and implement product and marketing needs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years in Sales: Minimum of 3 years in sales with a track record of closing large-scale accounts.
  • Account Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage accounts and customers, understanding their needs, addressing their challenges, and connecting the dots.
  • Revenue Targets: Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with decision-makers.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and create own lead generation and sales funnel.
