About the Role

The Account Executive (AE) is a seasoned sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be accountable for owning and managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed assigned quota targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive sales growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers. Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Tools and Technology: Proficient in using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Personal Qualities: Results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player, with the ability to work independently and create own lead generation/sales funnel.
