About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Sushi Gio. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes to meet quality standards
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Manage kitchen operations, including planning menus and coordinating with other staff members
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen, preferably in a sushi or Japanese cuisine environment
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
