About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Cuty Vietnamese Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in preparing and serving food to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing all equipment and utensils.
    • Ensure that all food storage areas are clean and organized.
  • Stock Management
    • Receive and store supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all stock is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
