About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Bhupinder & Sons Kitchen Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Efficiently place dishes in storage areas, maintaining a well-organized and clutter-free environment.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
  • Package take-out food with precision and care, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Portion and wrap foods accurately, maintaining the quality and presentation of our dishes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at counters or buffet tables, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to the highest standards of cleanliness and shine.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit with precision and care, ensuring the quality and presentation of our dishes.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, if required.
