Insurance Product Development Leader

We're seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team as the Head of Client Solutions and Product Development. As a key member of our Insurance Senior Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic vision and direction of our insurance business.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for building out our product shelf, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients.
- Product Partner Relationship Management - Foster strong relationships with key product partners to drive innovation and growth in our insurance business.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Own the Strategic Vision - Collaborate with our leadership team to build a client-centric, digital-first product pipeline that enhances the financial wellness of our clients.
- Build Creative Products - Leverage your expertise in insurance product development to design innovative products that meet the needs of our diverse client base.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in insurance, including prior roles in marketing, underwriting, product development, and/or pricing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the digital and hybrid distribution of insurance products.
- Executive-level presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
