Job Title: Industrial Electrician

New 5 Electrical Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Electrician to work on various electrical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting and testing electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, and switchboards.
  • Test and troubleshoot electrical equipment, including motors, generators, and control systems.
  • Interpret electrical code specifications and drawings to determine layout of electrical equipment installations.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various locations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work site environment: at heights, cold/refrigerated, confined spaces, dusty, hot, outdoors.
  • Work setting: various locations.
  • Transportation/travel information: willing to travel.

  • Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player.

English.

Work Hours:

35 to 44 hours per week.
