Job Title: Industrial Electrician

New 5 Electrical Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Electrician to work on various electrical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, and switchboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including testing and interpreting electrical code specifications.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various locations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various locations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:

The Industrial Electrician will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The successful candidate must be physically demanding and able to handle heavy loads.
