**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and provide expert advice on financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial banking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS
- Provide expert advice on financial solutions and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending or business development
- A post-secondary diploma/degree in commerce, business administration, or related field
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
