Senior Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at MGA.
As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for supporting our business development efforts and enhancing our marketing strategies.
- Track leads in our CRM platform
- Identify projects through various channels
- Create and lead proposals
- Ensure timely, high-quality proposal submissions and presentations
- Develop and update marketing and sales materials
- Assist with marketing and communications projects and events
- Contribute to team efforts and help with tasks as needed
About You:
- A strong understanding of the Architecture and/or Interior Design industry
- A Bachelor's degree coupled with at least 2-3 years in Business Development, Marketing or in a similar capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skill to oversee multiple projects
- Excellent organizational skills
