In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to build strong relationships with our customers, providing an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support to corporate clients via telephone, email, and online chat
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Work closely with the development team to escalate issues and ensure timely resolution
* Build strong relationships with customers to provide an exceptional customer experience

**Requirements:**

* Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Good customer etiquette and ability to manage high-profile customers well under pressure
* Experience in troubleshooting Windows Server issues using inbuilt Windows applications
* Good understanding of basic networking protocols
* Fluency in English and French (any other language is a plus)
* Quick learner and self-starter

**Bonus Skills:**

* Knowledge/experience with HyperV and/or VMware virtualization platforms
* Previous experience in network/system administration
* Deep understanding of the Windows Server operating system
* Knowledge/experience with Microsoft VSS
