About the Role


  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all food meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and meet health and safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen helpers, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we are operating within budget.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Recruit and hire new staff members as needed to support the growth and development of our culinary team.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure seamless execution of menus, events, and other activities.
