Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Culinary Expert
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant. You will work closely with our culinary team to prepare and serve meals, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules
Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. You must be physically demanding and have attention to detail.
