Food Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage the Food Service Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure Quality and Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
