As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage the Food Service Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure Quality and Service Standards: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare Reports and Summaries: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
