Food Service Supervisor

Mountain View Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff to ensure seamless service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have everything we need to deliver exceptional meals.
- Monitor food and service quality to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and customers.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Free parking available and a permanent position with 35 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
