Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group support to clients, including preparing reports, conducting social research, and implementing behavior management programs. You will also be required to supervise activities, maintain program statistics, and liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs
  • Conduct social research to identify client strengths and development needs
  • Implement behavior management programs to support client well-being
  • Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses
  • Maintain program statistics for evaluation and research purposes
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Criminal record check and driver's validity license check
